Cheesy Potato Forshmak Casserole

A hearty and tasty snack for any occasion. Forshmak in Jewish style — with herring, in Prussian style — with beef. And I found a recipe for mincemeat with cheese. We tried it and liked it. I hope you like it too. Forshmak is a snack, but this recipe is similar to potato casserole, only with a richer taste. It will completely replace the second course. The best mincemeat with hot cheese.
