Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Onion (Medium size. You can do more, the more onions, the juicier the dish.) 3 pc
Garlic 4 clove
Salt 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Potato (Medium size) 7 pc
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Chicken (Whole chicken without breast) 1 pc

Cut the chicken into pieces. Cut raw potatoes into slices. Cut the onion into half rings and shake it with your hands.

Salt, pepper, add mayonnaise.

Mix everything thoroughly with your hands, separating all the potatoes and coating each piece of chicken on all sides. Place on a baking sheet and cover tightly with foil.

Bake in the oven at 250 degrees. 1 hour under foil, then remove the foil and another 10-20 minutes (depending on the power of the oven) to get a golden brown crust and excess liquid evaporates. If desired, the dish can be sprinkled with cheese and baked for beauty.
