An easy, simple and healthy dinner for the whole family! Cod with potatoes baked in the oven is a dish that requires a minimum of hassle. All ingredients are simply placed in a mold in layers and then baked under foil. You will immediately receive both a hot dish and a side dish to go with it.

How to bake cod fillet with potatoes and onions in the oven with sour cream and mayonnaise? Prepare your food. You can take cod either in the form of fillets or in the form of a whole carcass, cutting it up yourself. Thaw the fish before you start cooking, but not completely — this will make it easier to cut. Cut the onion into thin half rings.

Cut the potatoes into thin rings. The thinner the better — it will bake faster.

Lay out the next layer of potatoes, overlapping them so that they fit very tightly. Salt and pepper this layer.

Place the pieces of fillet on the potatoes also tightly, since the fish will decrease slightly in size when baked. Salt and pepper the cod. You can also use any fish spices.
