Cauliflower 300 g
Potato 4 pc
Hard cheese 50 g
Butter 30 g
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

How to make cauliflower with potatoes baked in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Peel and rinse the potatoes. Place the potatoes in a saucepan, add water, salt to taste and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil the potatoes for about 15 minutes.

Cut the cauliflower into florets and soak in a suitable sized saucepan for 10 minutes in cold salted water. This will help get rid of possible insects that may settle inside the inflorescences. Boil water in a kettle for the next step.

Drain the water, rinse the cabbage, pour boiling water over it and cook for about 7 minutes.

Drain the cooked cauliflower in a colander. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.

Cut the butter into small pieces and place on top of the cabbage.
