How to bake potatoes and sausages in the oven? Very simple! Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash the potatoes in running water with a brush, peel and cut into cubes.

Wash the bell pepper in running water, remove the stalks and core with seeds. Cut the pepper into small slices. It is advisable to take peppers of different colors, then the finished dish will look more interesting.

Remove the sausages from packaging and cut into slices.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can use any cheese, the main thing is that it is natural, fresh, without adding milk fat substitutes.
