How to make potatoes in sour cream in pots? There is nothing complicated about this recipe. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Sour cream is suitable for any fat content. In addition to these spices, you can add your own to taste.

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut large tubers into 4 parts, medium ones — in half, and small ones can be left whole. Potatoes may be cut differently, for example into circles.

Pour clean drinking water into the sour cream and stir until smooth.

Rinse the dill, shake off moisture and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, parsley, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.

Place half the potatoes in the pots. Spread half the sour cream on top. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with paprika and half of the dill. I got 3 medium serving pots.

Place the rest of the potatoes. Also pour in the remaining sour cream, salt, pepper and sprinkle with paprika.

Cover the pots with lids and place in a warm but not hot oven (so that the pots do not crack due to sudden temperature changes). Bake at 190°C for 45-50 minutes or longer until the potatoes are done. The exact time depends on the type of potato, the size of the potato slices and the features of your oven.
