The dish turns out tastier with pork, the meat is more tender and juicy than, for example, beef, and it cooks faster, but the calorie content of the dish increases significantly. It is better to use tenderloin or sirloin. Wash the meat, dry it and cut it into small cubes. Rinse again. In order for the meat to be juicy and tender after baking, it needs to be marinated.

You can use mayonnaise, sour cream or olive oil as a marinade, it’s a matter of taste. But, of course, it will be healthier using olive oil. Place the meat in a deep bowl, add spices: salt and ground black pepper to taste, pour in olive oil and mix. Peel the onions and cut them into cubes or halves of rings, as you prefer.

It is better to take potatoes for baking of a variety so that they do not crumble and turn into mashed potatoes after baking. If you only have crumbly one, you can pre-fry it in a frying pan until golden brown, then after baking it will definitely not crumble. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape.

Wash the carrots, peel and cut into slices; if the carrots are large, then into halves of slices or cubes.

Place the vegetables in a bowl with the meat and mix everything so that the vegetables are soaked in the marinade. Leave for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
