Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Potato 1 pc
Hard cheese 150 g
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Pickles 1 pc
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Boiled sausage 200 g
White bread (Weight is indicated approximately (1 loaf), you can take toast bread or loaf, baguette) 350 g

How to make pizza on bread in the oven? To make the pizza faster, you can boil hard-boiled chicken eggs in advance, boil potatoes and carrots in their jackets and any vegetables to your taste. You can use any bread according to availability and desire; it is better that it is not fresh, but yesterday’s bread, slightly dried, then it will be easier to cut without crumbling. I used yesterdayʼs loaf.

Cut the bread into slices or lengthwise, to suit your taste. In my case, I had a sliced loaf and I wanted to make a bigger pizza by cutting it into two parts. If the loaf seems too thick and large, then you can either cut it lengthwise into three or four pieces, or crosswise into slices, as you prefer.

Peel the onions and cut into rings.

We clean the boiled chicken eggs and cut them into cubes.

We also cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes. If desired, cucumbers can be replaced with olives or fresh cucumbers, or not added at all.

Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into small cubes; if desired, you can omit them. Peel the boiled carrots and cut them into small cubes.

Sausage can be used to make any type of pizza, boiled, smoked, sausage or ham. Cut the sausage into small cubes or strips.

Grate hard cheese.

Place all the prepared ingredients, except grated hard cheese and onions, for filling the pizza in a deep salad bowl, salt to taste and season with mayonnaise so that they are soaked.

To spread the bread (loaf), we will use mayonnaise and homemade tomato paste, the second can be replaced with ketchup.

Spread a mixture of mayonnaise and tomato paste onto a bread or loaf base.

Place onion rings on bread.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the pizza pan in the oven for 15-20 minutes. It should brown a little on top. Take out the pizza and serve. Enjoy your tea!
