Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Potato 500 g
Vegetable oil 50 g
Dry spices (basil, parsley) 1 tsp
Ground red pepper to taste
Smoked sausage 150 g

How to make potatoes with smoked sausage in the oven? Prepare your food. Take high-quality, tasty sausage, the taste of the entire dish will depend on it. Choose a set of spices and dry herbs according to your taste, I took dry basil, parsley, black and red pepper.

Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into wedges, much like country-style potatoes. I had medium potatoes, I cut each one into 6 pieces. Cut larger ones into larger quantities so that the pieces have time to bake.

Boil the resulting slices for several minutes (from 2 to 5, depending on size). Then drain the potatoes in a colander and leave to dry.

Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, combine most of the oil (youʼll need a little later) with the salt and all the spices. Stir.

Pour the oil mixture over the potato wedges and toss them well so that each piece is coated with oil.

Cut the sausage into thick rings.

Squeeze the peeled garlic cloves through a press into the remaining oil. You can increase or decrease their quantity according to your taste. Stir.

After 20 minutes, remove the pan; do not turn off the oven yet. Drizzle garlic oil over the top of the dish.

Return the pan to the oven and bake the potatoes and sausage for another 5 minutes.
