How to make meat stewed with vegetables in the oven? A very simple dish. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can take beef pulp from any part of the carcass, during the cooking process the meat will still turn out soft. You can add and change vegetables and spices to your taste. Zucchini and eggplant work well here.

Wash the beef, dry it and cut into small pieces.

Peel the potatoes and cut into medium cubes.

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the beef and fry, stirring, until golden brown. Finally, sprinkle half of the spices over the meat and stir. Transfer beef to a plate.

Reduce heat to medium. Pour the remaining vegetable oil into the frying pan. Add potatoes, carrots and onions. Add the remaining spices. Fry, stirring, 5-7 minutes.

Place fried vegetables and meat in a baking dish, add whole cherry tomatoes. You can replace cherry tomatoes with regular tomatoes, cut into slices. Pour in clean drinking water. You can also cook this dish in portioned baking pots.

Cover the mold with a lid. Bake the meat and vegetables in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 1 hour or longer until the meat and vegetables are cooked.
