Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake pork ribs with potatoes in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. It is better to take fresh meat ribs with a small amount of fat. Any potato will do, but if possible, it is better to take young potatoes and cook them in their skins without peeling them. For spices, I take salt and ground black pepper; you can add other favorite spices. I will cook in a baking bag, you can replace it with foil. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse and dry the pork ribs. Cut or chop them into portions. Sprinkle the ribs with salt and ground black pepper on all sides.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into arbitrary pieces. Place the potatoes in a baking bag, add a little salt and stir.

Step 4

Step 4
Add pork ribs to the bag with the potatoes. You can mix the potatoes and ribs together, or you can leave them as is.

Step 5

Step 5
Add peeled garlic to the ribs and potatoes. The amount of garlic can be increased or decreased. Tie the bag or close it with clips and make several punctures in it so that it does not burst during baking. Place the bag on a baking sheet or baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 — 1.5 hours. The exact time will depend on the size of the cut potatoes, ribs and oven power.
