Hearty Slow Cooker Potato Babka with Meat

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Chicken mince 150 g
Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Potato 5 pc
Green onions 25 g
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Sunflower oil (or butter) 2 tbsp

Prepare your ingredients. Itʼs much more convenient to cook when everything is at hand.

Add salt and pepper to taste to the minced meat, as well as finely chopped green onions. Stir.

Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater, pass the garlic into the same bowl through a special press.

Add eggs, salt and pepper to potatoes.

Mix the potato mixture well, adding flour as you go.

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and place two-thirds of the potato mixture into the bowl. Spread it evenly over the bottom of the bowl.

Place minced meat with onions and spices on top.

Place the rest of the potatoes on top of the meat and level the surface.

Place on the Baking program for 1 hour. Then turn the babka over and cook on the same program for another 20 minutes. Let cool slightly and you are ready to serve.
