Basic:

Garlic 10 g
Olive oil 100 ml
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Potato 500 g
Bay leaf 1 g
Bulb onions 200 g
Champignon 50 g
Red wine (dry) 100 ml
Bacon 50 g
Prunes (pitted) 150 g
Rabbit 1.3 kg

Peel the onion and cut into quarter rings.

Crush the garlic, peel and chop.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into 2 or 4 parts.

Cut the bacon into strips. Heat the oil on the Fry program for 10 minutes.

Butcher the rabbit.

Season the meat.

Add bacon, onions and mushrooms to oil. Fry for 10 minutes. Add the rabbit and cook for another 10 minutes.

Add potatoes and prunes to the slow cooker. Season.

If you have a pressure cooker, cook on Stew with the valve closed for half an hour. If it’s a simple multicooker, simmer for 1.5-2 hours.
