Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to stew meat and vegetables in a slow cooker? Prepare your ingredients. Almost any meat is suitable for this set of vegetables: beef, pork, turkey, rabbit. I have chicken. Prepare the vegetables: wash (it is better to wash carrots and potatoes with a brush), peel.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the carrots into circles. If the carrots are large, then the circles can be cut into halves or quarters, which will speed up the cooking process.

Step 3

Step 3
Finely chop the cabbage with a knife or a special shredder.

Step 4

Step 4
Finely chop the onion.

Step 5

Step 5
Cut the potatoes (washed and peeled) into medium-sized pieces.

Step 6

Step 6
Cut the chicken meat (or any other meat of your choice) into small pieces. As additional vegetables, you can use fresh peas, beans, or frozen ones if available. They will improve the taste of the dish and enrich it with additional vitamins. When using peas in pods, you need to take a variety of sugar peas, they do not have a film on the wings.

Step 7

Step 7
Place everything in the multicooker bowl and fill it with water until it covers the contents halfway. Add spices to taste. And set it to the “STEW” program for 2 hours.

Step 8

Step 8
After the beep, we invite everyone to the table and serve hot food with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
