Eggs (boiled) 3 pc
Potato (boiled) 2 pc
Sour cream (for filing) 4 tbsp
Green onions 50 g
Dill 50 g
cucumbers 2 pc
Boiled sausage 200 g
Serum 700 ml

How to make classic okroshka using whey with sausage and sour cream? Prepare your food. Pre-boil the potatoes and eggs and cool. Take boiled sausage, such as Doktorskaya or Milk sausage. You can use boiled meat instead.

How to boil jacket potatoes? Wash the tubers well with a brush under running water and place them in a saucepan. Fill with clean cold water and cook over medium heat. After boiling, cook the potatoes for about 30 minutes. The exact time will depend on the size and variety of vegetables. Check readiness with a knife — it should easily pierce the fruit. Cool the boiled potatoes and peel them. Cut it into small cubes.

Peel the sausage from the casing and cut it into cubes.

Wash the cucumbers and cut off the ends. Be sure to try to see if they are bitter — such fruits will ruin the taste of the entire dish. Cut the cucumbers into cubes the same size as the rest of the produce.

How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Cut the peeled eggs into cubes.

Wash the green onions and dry. Cut it into small rings.

Finely chop the washed and dried dill.

Place all chopped ingredients in a bowl and add salt to taste. Stir. The base for okroshka is ready. You can chill it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
