Water 2 l
Potato 3 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 20 g
Pork 400 g
Dry spices to taste

How to cook pork soup with potatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. To prepare the soup, you can use meat from any part of the pork. I use pulp, but you can also use meat on the bone.

Pour the selected meat with water, put on the fire and bring to a boil. When heating, foam will appear — it must be removed. Cook the meat over low heat for about an hour. During cooking, the meat should become soft. Cut the finished meat into pieces and return it back to the strained broth.

Peel the potatoes and carrots and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Cut the carrots into slices or cubes.

Place the chopped potatoes and carrots in a saucepan with boiling broth. Leave to cook for 15 minutes.

Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Add the chopped onion and fry it for a couple of minutes until it starts to turn slightly golden.

Place the fried onions in the soup pot. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Boil everything together for another 3-5 minutes. The potatoes in the soup should become soft.

Add a little chopped fresh herb to the finished soup. Remove the pan from the heat and let the soup simmer for a while, covered. Pour the finished soup into bowls and serve hot. Bon appetit!
