How to cook classic pea soup with beef? Very simple. Prepare the ingredients needed for cooking. For the soup, I used beef shin. It makes a tasty and rich broth. Rinse the meat well under running water and pat dry with a clean, dry towel.

Place the peas in a bowl, add cold water and mix thoroughly, then drain the water. Do this procedure 3-4 times until the water becomes clear.

Pour water into a saucepan, add meat and peas, and put on fire. After boiling, remove the foam with a slotted spoon or a fine strainer, reduce the heat and cover with a lid.
