Carrot (big) 1 pc
Champignon 150 g
Chicken 500 g
Sunflower oil 15 ml

Rinse the chicken, add water and bring to a boil. Skim off the fat and cook for another 10 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Add to chicken.

Peel the carrots and cut into cubes. Add along with potatoes

Peel the onion and also add along with other vegetables.

Meanwhile, wash and chop the mushrooms.

Fry them in vegetable oil until cooked. Salt, pepper and remove from heat.

The chicken and vegetables will cook in about the same time. We take the meat out of the soup and tear it into small pieces with our hands.
