A very hearty and tasty pork ribs soup. I really enjoyed the soup and the slow cooker made it easy to prepare.

Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Tomatoes 2 pc
Salt (taste) 1 g
Water 2 l
Potato 300 g
Bay leaf 2 pc
Carrot 2 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Pork (pork ribs) 350 g

Peel and grate the carrots, finely chop the onion, place in a multicooker bowl, turn on the “Fry” mode and fry for 5-8 minutes in vegetable oil.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, place them in a multicooker bowl, divide the ribs into pieces and place them on top of the potatoes. Add bay leaf, salt.

Pour water, set to cook in the “Stew” mode for 1.5 hours.

10 minutes before the end of cooking, add tomatoes cut into small pieces into the soup, first remove the skin from them.
