How to cook cabbage soup from fresh cabbage with pork? Prepare everything you need for this. Any part of pork can be used. For the first course, I always take pork on the bone so that the broth is richest.

Pour water over the pork, put it on the fire and bring to a boil. When heating, foam will appear — it must be removed. Cook the pork for an hour until the meat is tender. Then separate the meat from the bone and cut into pieces. Strain the broth. Return the broth with meat to the heat and bring to a boil again.

Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into small pieces. Chop fresh cabbage thinly. Add potatoes and cabbage to the meat broth and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.
