Hearty Hungarian Goulash Soup

We prepare a delicious and satisfying goulash soup in Hungarian style. I already have a goulash recipe in my cookbook, which consists of two main ingredients: beef and potatoes. However, real Hungarian goulash is also vegetables. The soup turns out quite thick, aromatic and very satisfying. A real winter soup.
