Bay leaf 1 pc
Carrot 50 g
Greenery (dill, parsley) to taste
Cream (10 %) 200 ml
Salmon 400 g

How to cook creamy fish soup with salmon? Prepare all the necessary products. To make the soup richer, use heads, ridges and tails from cut fish. Cream of 10 percent or more is suitable.

Pour cold water over the salmon and boil for about 30 minutes, then remove from the pan.

Peel the washed potatoes and cut into small cubes.

Throw chopped potatoes and bay leaves into the fish broth, add salt and pepper.

Peel the onions and carrots, rinse well and chop.
