How to make red bean soup with beef? We will need: meat or vegetable broth (or water), beef (possibly with a bone), beans, bell peppers, potatoes, flour, tomato paste, vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.

Pour cold water over the red beans and leave to soak overnight. Then drain the water from the beans.

Pour cold water into the pan and add the beans. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes until the beans are tender.

Place the beans in a colander and let the water drain.

Wash the beef, dry it and cut into medium pieces.

Remove seeds from bell peppers and cut into small cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the beef over high heat until golden brown.
