Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Letʼs prepare simple products. Peel the vegetables. Take high-quality processed cheese — the taste of your soup depends entirely on it!

Step 2

Step 2
First of all, cut the potatoes into cubes approximately 1*1 cm. You can cut them at your discretion, I like them better this way in soup. Pour boiling water over and set to cook.

Step 3

Step 3
Letʼs prepare the frying. Cut the onion into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until soft.

Step 4

Step 4
Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Step 5

Step 5
Add the carrots to the onions and continue to fry the vegetables together.

Step 6

Step 6
Check the potatoes — they should be almost cooked. Cut the processed cheese into cubes, so it will dissolve better in the soup.

Step 7

Step 7
Add cheese to potatoes and stir. Already during the stirring process you will see that the cheese is melting)

Step 8

Step 8
Cut the sausages into pucks. I have them smoked. You can also use milk sausages — the taste of the soup will depend on the type of sausage! Smoked sausages give that unique flavor!

Step 9

Step 9
Add the sausages to the roast, stir, let them lightly fry.

Step 10

Step 10
Add the finished roast to the soup and stir. Salt and pepper to taste. Just try, because sausages and processed cheese have their own salt, don’t overdo it.

Step 11

Step 11
Chop the greens (I use dill and parsley) and add to the soup. Donʼt feel sorry for the greenfinch — it really belongs here! Let it boil over high heat, reduce the flame, and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover tightly with a lid and let the soup sit for 10 minutes. The taste will be even better! Verified)

Step 12

Step 12
Serve the soup with a piece of fresh bread. This is delicious. Prepare for your health!

Step 13

Step 13
Bon appetit!
