Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Sour cream 100 g
Bay leaf 6 pc
Bulb onions 2 pc
Chicken eggs 5 pc
Smoked ribs 500 g
Allspice 1 tbsp
Smoked sausage 500 g
Ready starter 500 ml
Smoked legs 500 g
Dry marjoram 1 tbsp

At the first stage, the broth is prepared. All ingredients for making broth are placed in a saucepan or cauldron. After bringing to a boil, the broth is boiled for about fifteen minutes. While the broth is brewing, you need to hard-boil the eggs and cut the smoked balyk and sausage into thin strips.

Onions and eggs need to be finely chopped.

Fry smoked meats with onions in a frying pan until toasted.

After the broth boils, the ingredients for the broth are pulled out of it.

Add fried smoked products with onions to the broth and cook for about five minutes. At this stage, do not forget to add marjoram and salt and pepper.

Then add the starter to the soup, stir and leave until it boils.

After boiling, turn the heat down to low. Add eggs and sour cream. Sour cream should not be added to boiling broth.

After stirring the soup, it can be served. Traditionally, Poles serve soup in bread from which the pulp has been removed. Bon appetit!!!
