Savory Trout with Caper Sauce

Thanks to the sauce, the fish turned out incredibly tasty. The second recipe for a fish mono-dinner. Iʼve been wanting to make this recipe for a very long time. In addition to trout, you can use any other red fish or cod.

Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Trout 500 g

Sauce:

Garlic 2 clove
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Dill 0.5 tsp
Capers 3 tbsp
Basil 1 tsp
Grainy mustard 1 tsp
Ground pepper mixture 2 g

Measure out ingredients.

Peel the garlic and chop finely.

Place butter and olive oil, chopped garlic, capers, lemon juice, mustard and dried herbs in a saucepan.

Bring everything to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.

Cut the fish into portions and place in a baking dish lined with foil.

Lightly salt the fish and pour caper sauce over it.

Cover the fish with the edges of the foil. Bake for about 25 minutes at 200°C.
