Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make delicious fish in wine in the oven? Very fast and easy! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Any red fish is suitable: trout, pink salmon, salmon, sockeye salmon, etc. Instead of red fish, you can take any white sea or river fish. If you use frozen fish, you need to defrost it properly on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, cilantro, or use a mixture of different herbs.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash and dry the fish steaks. If you have a whole fish, gut it, wash it and cut it into portions weighing about 160 g each. If you wish, you can use boneless fillets instead of steaks.

Step 4

Step 4
Grease the mold with butter. Place fish steaks. Salt and pepper the fish. In addition to these spices, you can use your own spices to taste. You can also sprinkle the fish with a prepared fish spice mixture. But if you use ready-made spice mixtures, be sure to read the ingredients on the package. Often such mixtures already contain salt, take this into account, otherwise you risk over-salting and peppering the dish.

Step 5

Step 5
Place pieces of butter on top of the fish.

Step 6

Step 6
Pour white wine over the fish and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Bake the fish in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the steaks. It is important not to dry out the fish, especially if you use low-fat varieties, such as pink salmon. So donʼt go too far from the oven.

Step 7

Step 7
Place the steaks on a plate and pour the sauce over the bottom of the pan. Bon appetit!
