How to make rice with egg in Chinese? Prepare your food. Long grain rice varieties are ideal for this dish: Jasmine or Basmati. Peas — fresh or frozen. Vegetable oil, odorless.

Rinse the selected cereal thoroughly until the water runs clear. Boil it in a saucepan in salted water until tender. Drain the cooked rice in a colander and rinse it thoroughly again under cold running water. This is necessary in order to completely remove remaining starch and stop the process of heat treatment of rice. As a result, the rice will turn out crumbly.

If you have frozen peas, remove them from the freezer in advance so that they have time to defrost a little before cooking.

Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. You should not put them through a press, as the garlic will simply burn during further frying.

Wash chicken eggs with soap and warm water. Dry with napkins. Beat the eggs into a separate bowl. Salt and add ground black pepper to taste.

Heat a high-sided frying pan over high heat. Pour in the entire amount of sunflower oil and heat it. Place garlic in the pan. Fry it until golden brown.

As soon as the egg pieces acquire a golden crust, add green peas to them. Simmer the mixture until the peas soften, while reducing the heat.

Once the peas have softened enough, add the boiled rice and soy sauce to the pan. Stir gently so as not to damage the grains, and heat the dish. Taste the rice and add salt and pepper if necessary. Serve hot. Bon appetit!
