For dough:

Garlic 1 clove
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Milk 250 ml
Potato 3 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Whole wheat flour 150 g

For frying:

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

For sprinkling:

Green onions 100 g
