For dough:

Salt 3 g
Sugar 2 tbsp
Wheat flour 100 g
Butter 40 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Kefir 200 ml

Butter 40 g

To make pancakes we need kefir, flour, egg, butter, baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt.

First, beat the egg in a bowl and add sugar.

Beat everything well with a whisk and add kefir.

To the resulting mixture add flour mixed with salt and baking powder. Mix everything well.

Then, add melted butter.

Mix everything until smooth. The dough is ready.

Now put a little butter on a heated frying pan and pour out a little dough to form a pancake.

Fry the pancake in butter until bubbles form. In time it is approximately 1-2 minutes.
