Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Water 2 cup
Rice 1 cup
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 50 g
Pork 500 g
Dry spices to taste

How to make rice porridge with meat? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can take any meat. It could be chicken, veal, lamb or, like mine, pork. Use rice according to your taste. Rinse the rice several times in cold water. Then fill it with clean water and leave it to stand in the water.

Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. Finely chop the onion. Carrots can be grated or cut into cubes.

Add carrots and onions to the pan. Fry everything together for 3-5 minutes.

Drain the rice and place it in the pan. Fill everything with hot water. Add salt and spices to taste. Arrange the chopped garlic cloves. Cover with a lid and leave to cook for 15-20 minutes. During this time, the rice will absorb all the water and increase in size.
