Creamy Durum Wheat Porridge

Such a familiar and familiar semolina porridge. Recently I saw semolina grains in the store. This is the same semolina, but made from coarsely ground durum wheat. Semolina has a golden color due to its high carotene content. It boils less and makes the porridge more flavorful.
