Chicken Drumsticks with Orange-Cinnamon Viburnum Sauce

Regular chicken legs with an unusual sauce. In this recipe, I found a use for the previously made viburnum sauce with orange and cinnamon. The legs turned out amazing. Soft, with a slight viburnum-orange bitterness and very aromatic.

Basic:

Garlic 4 clove
Chilli (ground) 1 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sauce, pasta (viburnum) 60 g
Chicken legs 600 g

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the garlic into petals.

Rinse the chicken, dry it and place it in a frying pan.

Salt and sprinkle with chili pepper.

Place garlic petals on top.

Brush the chicken with viburnum sauce.

Pour in 100 ml of boiled water and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Transfer the drumsticks to a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes.
