Bulb onions 20 g

Sunflower oil 10 g
Tomato juice 80 ml
Soy sauce 15 ml

How to bake chicken backs in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Peel the onion, rinse with cold water so that it does not sting your eyes, and finely chop.

Rinse the backs well and dry with a paper towel. Place the prepared backs in a bowl, pour in soy sauce, tomato juice and mix well. Add a little oil — it will give it a golden color. Soy sauce has a fairly salty taste, so add salt carefully so as not to oversalt the dish.
