Easy and Tasty Cornmeal Pancakes

Sugar (or to taste) 3 tbsp
Butter 20 g
Milk 200 ml
Eggs 1 pc
Baking powder 1 tsp
Corn flour 130 g
Whole wheat flour 40 g

Sift wheat and corn flour with baking powder into a bowl.

Add sugar and mix well.

Make a well in the flour mixture and beat in the egg.

Add milk in small portions and stir until smooth. Leave for 10-15 minutes (not necessary, but if the flour is coarsely ground, then during this time it will swell a little).
