How to make marinade for barbecue with soy sauce? Prepare all the necessary products. Pay special attention to the choice of soy sauce. Choose naturally brewed soy sauce.

Pour soy sauce into a small bowl. You only need juice from the lemon, so you can easily use ready-made lemon juice from the factory. If you decide to squeeze the juice directly from the lemon, first wash it with hot water — this will allow the lemon to release more juice, and also use a small sieve to prevent the seeds from getting into the marinade.

Add some pepper. I use a mixture of hot peppers, but it can be just one pepper. In addition, you can add your other favorite seasonings: I really like fenugreek or suneli hops. But be guided by your taste!

Pour vegetable oil into the marinade. In principle, it can be any vegetable, but I advise you to avoid oils with a strong smell or taste, such as unrefined sunflower or olive oil. In general, I really like sesame oil in marinades.

Add chopped garlic clove. I put it through a press, but you can grate it on a fine grater or simply chop it with a knife. If you donʼt have fresh garlic, garlic powder will do.

Mix all ingredients well. You can store this marinade in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 7 days, and just stir it before use. The time for marinating meat with this marinade is 4-24 hours, the time for marinating fish is 1-12 hours, the time for marinating vegetables is 1-3 hours. Also, this marinade is suitable not only for barbecue, but also, for example, for steak or chop.
