How to make mini pizza pancakes with kefir in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Use premium flour. The egg will suit any size. Remove the kefir and egg from the refrigerator an hour before cooking. For the dough to turn out well, they must be at room temperature. Instead of kefir, you can use sour milk. Choose cheese that melts well. Choose sausage according to your taste.

Take a large deep bowl in which it will be convenient to mix the dough with the filling. Pour kefir into it.

Wash the egg with soda, dry it with a towel or napkin and beat it into a bowl with kefir. Add salt and beat with a fork or whisk until smooth.

Sift half the flour into a bowl to sift out small debris and oxygenate the dough. Stir until smooth. Next, add flour little by little until you reach the desired consistency. The dough should turn out like sour cream. Depending on the fat content of kefir, the size of the eggs and the quality of the flour, you may need a little more or a little less. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the sausage into small cubes. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stems and dry with a towel. Cut them into small cubes.
