Thanks to the light hand of Korean showmen, this drink spread throughout the blogging community and became extremely popular all over the world. The appearance is simply excellent, but the taste is not for everyone.

Basic:

Sugar 3 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp
Milk 500 ml
Ice cup
Instant coffee 3 tbsp

How to make dalgona coffee? Prepare everything you need to make this drink. Milk can be of any fat content, animal or plant origin. Its quantity is indicated approximately according to the size of my glasses. Coffee is the most common freeze-dried coffee. You will need hot water.

Pour hot water into a tall whisking container, add sugar and coffee.

Beat the mixture with a mixer for 1-2 minutes at minimum speed. Due to the presence of surfactants in instant coffee, the foam will be very thick. By the way, its thickness can be adjusted at your discretion: from viscous, slowly flowing down to completely stable, like stable peaks from whipping chicken whites. This will depend on the whipping time and will not affect the taste of the drink in any way.

Add ice to the glasses to taste and pour milk so that there is still 2-3 centimeters left to the edge of the glass.
