Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Water 120 ml
Broccoli (1 head) 300 g
Hot pepper (red flakes) to taste

Prepare ingredients — wash broccoli, peel garlic

Cut broccoli into florets.

Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and pepper in it
