Basic:

Sugar 150 g
Wheat flour 400 g
Butter (or margarine) 250 g
Vodka 2 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc
Sour cream (15-20%) 300 g
Baking powder 1 tsp

Sift the flour onto the table.

Grate frozen butter or margarine on a coarse grater.

Quickly grind these shavings into crumbs, add baking powder, vodka and sour cream. Knead the dough, adding flour if necessary.

The dough should be elastic and not stick to your hands. Place the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll out the finished dough into a layer 5 mm thick and cut into pieces 5-6 cm in size.
