Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Chilli to taste
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Parmesan (optional) 4 g
Pasta 250 g
Basil (1 small bunch) to taste
Cherry tomatoes 6 pc
Tuna (canned 1 jar) pc

We send the pasta to cook in a large amount of salted water, and in the meantime, finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil.

Grind the chili pepper (use the quantity to taste) and add to the onion. Fry for 3-5 minutes.

When the onion is well golden, add the tuna (I add it along with the oil) and fry over low heat for several minutes.

Cut the cherry into quarters or halves (depending on size) and add to the pan.

Drain the water from the pasta, be sure to leave about 1 cup of the broth, we may need it.

Add the pasta and chopped basil leaves to the pan, stir and heat for a few minutes. If the paste turns out dry, add our broth.
