It will be delicious with both black and whole grain. You can leave the sandwiches undecorated or decorate them with whatever you like. I had some cucumber and red caviar on hand.

Boil the eggs first and cool. Peel the shells and grate them on a medium grater. Itʼs better not to use a large one — large pieces will fall out of the spread. This will result in a more homogeneous mass.
