Tomatoes 1 pc

We prepare the necessary products for preparing a delicious spicy appetizer of eggplants with tomatoes and cut the young eggplant into rings and half rings.

Place the chopped eggplants in a bowl and add salt to taste and set aside.

We prepare the dressing for our appetizer and cut two cloves of garlic into small strips.

Chop some hot chili peppers very finely.

Place the chopped garlic and pepper in a bowl, add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, one tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir well to obtain the desired dressing for the future snack.

Lightly squeeze the eggplants and drain the excess liquid, place them evenly in a frying pan with vegetable oil, which we first heat well on the stove. Fry the eggplants for about four minutes on each side until golden brown.
