Quick and Delicious Greek Salmon with Tzatziki

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salmon 800 g
Pepper to taste
Olive oil 5 tbsp

Sauce:

Yogurt 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
cucumbers 0.25 g
Dill 0.25 tsp
Salt to taste

Cut the salmon fillet into portions. Sprinkle each piece with a mixture of peppers.

Coat with olive oil. Now we transfer our salmon to a baking sheet, previously covered with foil or baking paper, greased with olive oil. Place our dish in an oven preheated to 230 degrees for 15 minutes.

While the salmon is baking, prepare the sauce.

To do this, put the ingredients for the sauce in one plate and beat well.
