Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Garlic 2 clove
Olive oil 60 ml
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Champignon 250 g
Greenery to taste

How to make pumpkin with mushrooms in the oven? Very simple! Prepare all the necessary products. Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds. Also cut off the peel. Rinse the mushrooms and dry with napkins.

Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the pumpkin and mushrooms into slices as in the photo.

Prepare the dressing. Pour vegetable oil into a deep small bowl. Add garlic, passed through a press, a pinch of ground black pepper and your favorite seasonings. I used thyme. Mix everything well. Cut the onion into thin feathers.

Place pumpkin, mushrooms, onion and dressing into a deep bowl. Salt everything to taste. Mix everything so that every piece is covered in aromatic dressing.

Cherry tomatoes go very well with all ingredients. If you have cherry tomatoes, add them to the mold too.

Place the pumpkin and mushrooms in a preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. Attention, baking time and temperature may differ from those indicated in the recipe. Focus on your oven.
