Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to cook spaghetti in a slow cooker? Prepare your food. You will need a very small set — in addition to pasta, take any greens you like or have on hand and garlic. I have parsley and dill, basil would be great. You can reduce the amount of garlic depending on your taste.

Step 2

Step 2
First of all, prepare the sauce. How to make sauce? Wash the greens under running water, dry well with paper towels and finely chop.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel and chop the garlic in any way — with a knife or through a press.

Step 4

Step 4
In the multicooker, select a mode suitable for frying (Frying, Baking or Stewing), add olive oil. Instead of olive oil, you can use any vegetable suitable for frying. Add garlic and herbs. Fry them for 5 minutes, stirring, with the lid open. Salt the sauce to taste.

Step 5

Step 5
Transfer the sauce to a separate container.

Step 6

Step 6
Pour water into the multicooker bowl. Bring it to a boil in a suitable mode (Pasta, Boil, Steam). Add salt, add spaghetti. Cook with the lid closed for 5-6 minutes. Then drain the water, drain the spaghetti in a colander and place it back into the bowl. Add the sauce and heat the pasta with it, stirring, for another 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
