Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Sugar 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Wheat flour 1 tsp
Milk 200 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Pork 600 g
Champignon 200 g
Starch 4 tbsp
Soy sauce 80 ml

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Preparing ingredients for making solomons.

Step 2

Step 2
Finely chop the onion. I also finely chop the champignon mushrooms.

Step 3

Step 3
I cut the meat into thin slices 5-7 mm thick and beat it on both sides. I beat it under cling film.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a heated frying pan, fry the onion, adding sugar, salt until golden brown and add mushrooms. When the moisture from the mushrooms has evaporated, add flour and stir, waiting for the characteristic nutty smell from the fried flour.

Step 5

Step 5
I pour in the milk and simmer for a few minutes. The flour mixes with the milk to form a sauce. The sauce should not be thick. If it turns out thick, add a little milk. The sauce is ready.

Step 6

Step 6
I roll the meat in starch, then in soy sauce.

Step 7

Step 7
I place the pieces in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry over high heat for 2 minutes on each side. I serve the solomons hot and juicy, pour the sauce on top and make a regular salad of fresh tomatoes as a side dish. Bon appetit!
