Quick and Tasty Meat Zrazy with Egg and Onion

Made in a hurry, using simple ingredients, very tasty and easy! You can make meat zrazy with egg and onion in a frying pan in just 25 minutes. This is a great dish for a quick dinner. Serve it with any side dish or salad!

Basic:

Salt to taste
Milk 25 ml
Breadcrumbs 5 tbsp
Bulb onions 2 pc
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Dry spices to taste
Minced meat 500 g
Chicken eggs 2 pc

How to make meat zrazy with egg and onion? Prepare all products. For the filling, boil one chicken egg in advance. You can use any minced meat, I used mixed pork and beef. Take any white, wheat bread, for me it’s a loaf.

Peel the onions. Cut the onion into small cubes. To prevent your eyes from watering, wet your knife and cutting board with cold water.

Fry the diced onion in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Peel the boiled egg and cut into cubes.

Mix the chopped egg with the fried onions and stir. This will be the filling. You can salt it to taste, but only a little.

Pour milk over the loaf pulp for 5 minutes. Then squeeze out any excess milk.

Transfer the ground meat to a bowl. Add a raw egg to it. Add salt and stir until smooth.

Add softened loaf and dry spices to the minced meat to taste.

Mix the minced meat with your hands until smooth.

Place breadcrumbs on a flat plate. Take the raw minced meat with your hands dipped in water and form it into a ball. Then flatten it into a flat cake. Place the boiled egg and onion filling in the center of the flatbread. Make zrazy of the size you need. I usually take 2 tablespoons of minced meat and 1 teaspoon of filling per serving.

Form zrazas with your hands and roll them on all sides in breadcrumbs.

In a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, fry the zrazy on both sides until golden brown.
