Basic:

Salt to taste
Water 0.5 cup
Bay leaf 2 pc
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Carrot 3 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Prunes 50 g
Allspice to taste

Peel carrots and onions

Cut the carrots into large strips. Place in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add 0.5 tbsp of water and simmer under the lid until half cooked
