Olive oil 20 ml
Salt to taste
Cilantro, coriander (greenery) 10 g
Lemon juice 10 ml
Broccoli 80 g
Carrot 80 g
Dry spices to taste
bell pepper 80 g
Yogurt 100 ml
Salmon (2 steaks 200 g each) 400 g

Prepare the ingredients needed for the recipe.

To make the sauce, place the cilantro, yogurt, oil, salt and spices in a blender bowl.

Whisk until smooth and the sauce is ready. If you donʼt have a blender, just chop the greens and mix everything together.

Cut the vegetables into portions.

Pour lemon juice over the fish and rub with salt.

Place fish and vegetables in a multicooker (or steamer) bowl.
